Recognition of a Micronation, Holy Empire of Réunion.
HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:
Article 1. On this day, the Kingdom of Ruthenia willingly extend hands of friendship with the Holy Empire of Réunion, and by signing this edict, both states will start a perpetual and overlasting friendship, with respect to the "EDICTO IRREVOGÁVEL DE RECONHECIMENTO DIPLOMÁTICO", issued by the Office of the Lord Protector of the Empire and made public on the same date.
Article 2. The Kingdom of Ruthenia recognizes the Holy Empire of Réunion as a sovereign, serious and independent micronation, and also recognizes the government of the Holy Empire of Réunion as official and legitimate government over entire Holy Empire of Réunion claims and peoples.
