I, the GRAND ADMIRAL Count Yuri De Faria, in full use of my powers granted by HIS MAJESTY, offer you my following REQUESTS:
A) Concession of the rank Admiral to the Duke of Libertia for his great service to the Ruthenian Nation in creating the design of our new currency;
B) Granting of the rank Admiral (Honorary) to the Imperial Grand Duke, Julian I, of Lundenwic;
C) Granting of the rank Counter Admiral (Honorary) to Lord General Michael Lewis, the Marquis of New Charter, of Lundenwic.
Submitted these requests, I will await Your Majesty's decision.
